Flight Path to Product Design

Produced and presented prototypes and designs for an employee portal in accordance with Cathay's brand. The main focus was to receive and spread positivity among the employees, while making it easy for them to do so.

Cathay Pacific’s team wished to re-invent employee recognition internally. Resonating with their new tagline — 'Move beyond', their existing employee of the year awards felt outdated.

Compliments flying high

This project was a chance for me to see the breadth of a global product, delve into refining user experience based on user testing and create functional design that was creative within constraints. I also had to customise a leaner, tighter UX cycle to accommodate the timeline. The results were 800+ greeting cards exchanged at the time of writing this case study!
